Description: The original form of ‘Uniform to Unique’ is a ripped military pants with a metal button on the waist. However, by adding each stitch, patch, and embellishment challenges the notion that harmony requires conformity. It proposes that difference within order is a more sustainable and inclusive model for fashion. The final piece reimagines a pair of military pants as a wearable archive of voices. Hand-sewn patches and found materials are assembled into a collective rhythm. These following collection of steps create a dialogue among structure, emotion, discipline and creativity.

Description: The design process began with deconstructing the language of uniforms – examining how repetition andsymmetryshape identity. Through collage and textile experimentation, the cargo pants packed with miscellaneous patches were gradually replaced with handmade interventions: embroidered text, safety pins, recycled fabrics, and symbolic charms. Each decorative element carries different meaning from personal to cultural experiences.Additionally, the pants become a form an idea of resilience – a tactile reflection of individuality built upon collective frameworks.

Description: The fabric palette contrasts camouflage with playful domestic textileincluding: lace, glitter film, star-patterned cotton, and transparent plastic. This reflects the project’s philosophical question: Can harmony exist not by erasing difference, but by embracing it through design? Close-up studies reveal how texture and pattern interplay to express emotional nuance: softness against rigidity, color against repetition. The result is a visual and tactile symphony;it is where every material has a voice.
